Refund policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason you're not happy with your items, you can return them for a full refund or exchange your items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please not the original shipping fees are non-refundable.  

Items must be returned unworn in their original condition within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items should be in their original unused condition with tags  their original tags attached and be in their GYM2SKIN bag. 

Please ensure all items are free from stains, marks, odors or flaws as these will not be accepted for a return.

RETURN SHIPPING 

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

Please use a trackable shipping service and retain proof of postage with a tracking number.

We are not responsible for any lost parcels; any missing parcels will need to be addressed with your courier.
